Wash and peel the mango and cut in slices
Heat oil in a wok and add heeng, jeera as it sputter add add methi, sauf
Add red chilli pwd and haldi powder in it and mix it
Add sliced mango and mix it let it cook for 3-4 minutes till it becomes soft
Than add jaggery in it and let it simmer on high flame
Add garam masala and both salts and let it comes to thick consistency
Enjoy it with the meal
